Elements in a message
A message can carry more than text. Each switch here decides whether that part becomes its own stop when you swipe through a message, so you can reach it directly instead of hunting for it. All are on by default.
- Links — links inside the message text.
- Bot Buttons — the buttons a bot attaches under its message.
- Poll Hints — the explanation attached to a quiz answer.
- Poll Buttons — each poll option or checklist task as its own stop.
- Instant View — the button that opens an article inside the app.
- Share Button — the forward arrow drawn beside a message.
- Reply — the quoted message above a reply.
- Comment — the comments button under a channel post.
- Profile — the sender's avatar.
- Forward — the "forwarded from" line.
- Transcribe — Telegram's own voice transcription button, which needs Premium. blindGram's offline Convert voice to text is in the message menu instead.
Switching one off does not hide it from sight; it removes it from the reading order, which makes walking a long message quicker.
